HXP-5型耙式吹灰器
HXP-5型耙式吹灰器是一種伸縮式吹灰器，主要用于吹掃電站鍋爐煙氣脫硝裝置（SCR）上，在鍋爐的鰭片管省煤器、管式空氣預熱器等部位和一些小型鍋爐的對流管束、以及某些特種鍋爐（如余熱鍋爐）煙溫不超過600°C的區(qū)段也廣泛采用。這些部位由于被吹掃面的特殊結構，使用一般的長伸縮式吹灰器或固定旋轉式吹灰器往往由于吹灰方向不合理，達不到理想的吹灰效果。使用耙式吹灰器，其吹灰管針對積灰部位按照所需的方向進行吹灰，起到了其它形式的吹灰器不能達到的吹灰效果。在結構上，它除了吹灰槍管不旋轉而且形式不同，并相應增設耙式吹灰槍管支承導向機構外，其余所有部件結構、控制方式及動作原理與HXC-5系列長伸縮式吹灰器完全相同。
The HXP-5 rake type soot blower is a retractable soot blower mainly used for blowing the flue gas denitrification device (SCR) of power plant boilers. It is also widely used in the finned tube economizer, tubular air preheater and other parts of the boiler, as well as in the convection tube bundle of some small boilers, as well as in the section where the flue gas temperature of some special boilers (such as waste heat boilers) does not exceed 600 ° C. Due to the special structure of the blown surface in these areas, the use of conventional long telescopic or fixed rotary soot blowers often fails to achieve the desired blowing effect due to the unreasonable blowing direction.
